To provide an omnidirectional wheel which can be reduced in weight, prevents fluctuation of a rotation speed caused by irregular movement, and does not restrict driving force, and provide a vibrator including an omnidirectional mobile vehicle using the omnidirectional wheel and an earthquake motion simulator, and methods of using them.SOLUTION: An omnidirectional wheel includes a main wheel which can rotate around a rotation center of a drive shaft, and a plurality of wheels which are arranged along an outer periphery of the main wheel and have a disc-like shape and spikes formed on a surface and can rotate around a rotation center of a passive shaft arranged in parallel to a wheel surface of the main wheel. A drive source of the main wheel is connected to the drive shaft and actively rotates around the rotation center of the drive shaft. The wheels having the spikes on the surface passively rotate around the rotation center of the passive shaft.
