PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster handling determination support device in mobile body transit for appropriately modifying a transit plan of a mobile body such as a vehicle in relation to disaster that may occur in the future to support attainment to a destination, and a disaster handling determination support program in the mobile body transit.SOLUTION: When a risk kind setting unit 10 sets a kind of risk that may occur by a change in a natural phenomenon such as weather as a prediction processing object of a prediction unit 20, the prediction unit 20 reads out meteorology related information acquired by a meteorology related information acquisition unit 12, a criterion stored by a criterion storage unit 14, and a passage time of each point on a road calculated by a passage time calculation unit 18 from a storage unit 30 to predict possibility of occurrence of the above risk at each point on the road at each passage time of the mobile body based on the meteorology related information and the criterion. When the prediction unit 20 predicts possibility of occurrence of risk, an alarm unit 22 generates an alarm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】車両等の移動体の運行計画を、将来発生する可能性のある災害との関係で適宜修正し、目的地への到達を支援する移動体運行における災害対応判断支援装置及び移動体運行における災害対応判断支援プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】リスク種類設定部10が、気象その他の自然現象の変化により発生する可能性のあるリスクの種類を、予測部20の予測処理の対象として設定すると、予測部20は、気象関連情報取得部12が取得した気象関連情報と判断基準格納部14が格納した判断基準と通過時刻演算部18が演算した道路上の各点の通過時刻とを記憶部30から読み出し、気象関連情報と判断基準とに基づいて、移動体の各通過時刻における道路上の各点において上記リスクの発生の可能性を予測する。予測部20が、リスク発生の可能性が有ると予測した場合には、警報部22が警報を発生する。【選択図】図2
