PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an electric propulsion vessel, a control system for an electric propulsion vessel, and an electric propulsion vessel capable of changing vessel speed without using an invertor or a variable pitch propeller and especially capable of starting an induction motor without having starting current be excessive.SOLUTION: A control device for an electric propulsion vessel includes a synchronous generator 20 driven by an engine 10, a magnetization regulator 62, an induction motor 30 to which a propeller 40 is connected, and start-up setting means 91. A first power generation control mode for controlling power generation voltage of the synchronous generator 20 by adjusting engine speed of the engine 10 by engine speed control means and a second power generation control mode for controlling power generation voltage of the synchronous generator 20 by the magnetization regulator are switched and linked based on engine speed of the engine 10 or frequency of the synchronous generator 20 or power generation voltage of the synchronous generator 20 as well as power generation voltage of the synchronous generator 20 is gradually increased from 0 V and changed when starting is set at the start-up setting means 91 as the second power generation control mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】インバータや可変ピッチプロペラを使わないで船速を変更できるとともに、特に始動電流が過大になることなく誘導電動機を始動することができる電気推進船の制御装置、電気推進船の制御システム、及び電気推進船を提供すること。【解決手段】原動機10により駆動される同期発電機20と、励磁調整器と、プロペラ40が接続された誘導電動機30と、始動設定手段91とを備え、回転数制御手段で原動機10の回転数を調整することにより同期発電機20の発電電圧を制御する第1の発電制御モードと、励磁調整器62で同期発電機20の発電電圧を制御する第2の発電制御モードとを、原動機10の回転数若しくは同期発電機20の周波数、又は同期発電機20の発電電圧に基づいて切り替えて連係するとともに、第2の発電制御モードとして、始動設定手段91で始動が設定された場合に同期発電機20の発電電圧を0Vから徐々に上げて変化させる。【選択図】 図2
