PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an event where an electric actuator is erroneously determined to have failed, in a vehicular power supply state where an output voltage of a first power supply that is for supplying the electric actuator with power is possibly low.SOLUTION: An SBW-ECU 132 includes: a P-release non-permissible area determination part 148 for determining whether an inclination Sr of a road surface at a vehicle position and an output voltage Volr of an auxiliary-equipment battery 66 are within a predetermined parking lock release non-permissible zone; and a P-release request reject part 142 for rejecting a P-release request in a case where P-release request reject conditions (a)-(d) are all met, including that the P-release non-permissible area determination part 148 has determined that the inclination Sr of the road surface at the vehicle position and the output voltage Volr of the auxiliary-equipment battery 66 are within the parking lock release non-permissible area (i.e., a P-release request reject condition (c) is met).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
