PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attenuation force control device of a suspension which derives an attenuation force control value suitable for suppressing the vibration of a vehicle body, related to the attenuation force control value for controlling a damper.SOLUTION: An attenuation force control device comprises: a displacement correlation amount estimation device 3 for deriving an estimation relative speed yob1 and an estimation relative displacement yob2; and an attenuation force control value calculation device for deciding an attenuation force control value P on the basis of a state variable of a vehicle body and the estimation relative speed yob1. The displacement correlation amount estimation device 3 estimates the estimation relative speed yob1 and the estimation relative displacement yob2 on the basis of the state variable, the attenuation force control value P, and the estimation relative speed yob1 and the estimation relative displacement yob2 which are estimated by the displacement correlation amount estimation device 3 itself.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
