PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive source control device which suppresses a rise of a rotational speed of a drive source, and can stabilize a vehicle posture by suppressing the generation of an unnecessary yaw moment, and a vehicle having the drive source control device.SOLUTION: This drive source control device 67 comprises excessive rotation determination means 68 for determining whether or not a rotational speed of either of or both two drive sources is excessive rotation, and correction means 69 for correcting command values of outputs of the two drive sources imparted from command means 66a when it is determined that the rotational speed of one drive source is the excessive rotation by the excessive rotation determination means 68. The correction means 69 corrects the command values of the outputs of the two drive sources so that the torque of a drive wheel at a side at which the rotational speed is high becomes smaller than that before the correction, and the torque of a drive wheel at a side at which the rotational speed is low out of left and right drive wheels becomes equal to or smaller than that before the correction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7

    【課題】駆動源の回転速度の上昇を抑制するとともに、不要なヨーモーメントの発生を抑えて車両姿勢を安定化させることができる駆動源制御装置およびこの駆動源制御装置を備えた車両を提供する。【解決手段】この駆動源制御装置67は、二つの駆動源のうちいずれか一方または両方の駆動源の回転速度が過回転であるか否かを判定する過回転判定手段68と、過回転判定手段68で一方の駆動源の回転速度が過回転であると判定されたとき、指令手段66aから与えられた二つの駆動源のそれぞれの出力の指令値を補正する補正手段69とを備える。補正手段69は、回転速度の大きい側の駆動輪のトルクが補正前よりも小さくなり、且つ左右の駆動輪における、回転速度の小さい側の駆動輪のトルクが補正前に対して等しいか小さくなるように、二つの駆動源のそれぞれの出力の指令値を補正する。【選択図】図7
