PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new underwater resource recovery system and recovery method which may not affect an ambient environment anymore.SOLUTION: A resource recovery structure of the present invention comprises: a water discharge opening for a water-level regulation part, which is placed at the upper-side of its one end; and a resource recovery opening for collecting underwater biological resources or botanical resources, or exploiting organic substance resources or inorganic substance resources, which is placed at the lower-side of its other end. The present invention provides an underwater resource recovery system and underwater resource recovery method which collect and exploit resources from the resource recovery opening with the resource recovery structure, by circulating sea water, or lake water or river water within the resource recovery structure.SELECTED DRAWING: None
