PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel underwater resource recovery system and a recovery method, which have no affect on ambient environment.SOLUTION: A resource recovery structure has an opening at an upper part of one end in order to discharge water of lower part over water level, and a resource recovery opening at a lower part of the other end in order to collect underwater biological or botanical resources or drill for organic or inorganic material resources. An underwater resource recovery system and an underwater resource recovery method collect or drill for the resources from the resource recovery opening of the resource recovery structure by circulating sea water, lake water or river water.SELECTED DRAWING: None
