PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water circulation device of a water circulation structure having a lower water drainage opening above a water surface on a top part on an end and a resource recovery opening for mining an organic resource or an inorganic resource on a lower part of the other end, the water circulation device circulating sea water, lake water or river water inside the water circulation structure for extracting or mining the resource from the resource recovery opening.SOLUTION: An underwater resource recovery system includes an inner member penetrating the inside of the water circulation structure, the specific gravity of the inner member being smaller than water for closing the water drainage opening when a water surface inside the water circulation structure is the same with the water surface outside the water circulation structure. The inner member is moved upward into a top part of the water circulation structure by venting air in the top part of the water circulation structure and raising the water surface in the water circulation structure higher than the water surface outside the water circulation structure. Thus, the closed water drainage opening becomes openable for discharging sea water, lake water or river water to the outside of the water circulation structure from the water drainage opening. The sea water, lake water or river water inside the water circulation structure is shifted gradually into the top part, thus circulating the sea water, lake water or river water inside the water circulation structure.SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】一端の上部に水面上の下部の水排出用開口を具備し有機物資源又は無機物資源を採掘する資源回収開口を他端の下部に具備する水循環構造物内の海水又は湖水或いは川水を循環して資源を前記資源回収開口より採取し或いは採掘する水循環装置である。【解決手段】前記水循環構造物の内部を貫通し内部の水面が前記水循環構造物外の水面と同じである際前記水排出用開口を閉鎖する比重が水より小さな内部部材を備え、前記水循環構造物内の上部の空気を排気し前記水循環構造物内上部の水面を前記水循環構造物外の水面より上部に移動させることにより前記内部部材を前記水循環構造物内の上部に移動させて前記水排出用開口の閉鎖を放出可能にすることにより前記水排出用開口より海水又は湖水或いは川水を前記水循環構造物の外に放出して前記水循環構造物内の海水又は湖水或いは川水を徐々に上部に移動させ前記水循環構造物内の海水又は湖水或いは川水を循環する。【選択図】なし
