PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel water bottom resource recovery system and a recovery method without any impact on a surrounding environment.SOLUTION: A water bottom resource recovery system of the present invention includes: a resource recovery structure having a lower water discharging opening above a water surface on a top part on an end, and a resource recovery opening on a lower part on the other end for collecting a biological resource or a plant resource or mining an organic resource or an inorganic resource from a water bottom; an internal member having specific gravity smaller than water, the internal member closing the water discharging opening when a water surface inside the resource recovery structure equals a water surface outside of the resource recovery structure; and a sealing member for enclosing the resource recovery opening, the sealing member including a lower part opening and being sealed at portions other than the lower part. Sea water, lake water or river water is circulated inside the resource recovery structure, for collecting or mining the resources in the resource recovery structure through the resource recovery opening sealed by the sealing member, thus capturing and recovering the resources.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】本発明は周囲環境に何ら影響を与えることはない新規な水底資源回収装置及び回収方法を提供する。【解決手段】本願発明は、一端の上部に水面上の下部の水排出用開口を具備し水底の生物資源又は植物資源を採取し或いは有機物資源又は無機物資源を採掘する資源回収開口を他端の下部に具備する資源回収構造物と、前記資源回収構造物内部の水面が前記資源回収構造物外の水面と同じである際前記水排出用開口を閉鎖する比重が水より小さな内部部材と、下部開口を具備し下部以外は密閉され前記資源回収開口を内蔵する密閉部材を備え、前記資源回収構造物内の海水又は湖水或いは川水を循環することにより前記密閉部材により密閉された資源回収開口より前記資源を前記資源回収構造物内に採取或いは採掘して捕獲して前記資源を回収できるようにする。【選択図】なし
