PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage sensor abnormality diagnostic device capable of diagnosing abnormality of an inverter input voltage sensor in a low rotation region where the number of revolution of an AC motor is substantially equal to zero.SOLUTION: A voltage sensor abnormality diagnostic device 401 is applied to a MG controller 201 for controlling electrification of a MG80, and diagnoses abnormality of an input voltage sensor. A low rotation region determination unit 43 determines that the number of revolution ω of the MG80 is in a (ω≒0)region where the number of revolution ω is substantially equal to zero. An input voltage estimate calculation unit 451 calculates an input voltage estimate Vin_est in the low rotation region. When the absolute value of the difference between the input voltage sensor value Vin_sns and input voltage estimate Vin_est is larger than a voltage threshold, an abnormality determination unit 46 determines that the input voltage sensor is abnormal. Since abnormality diagnosis is performed in a limited low rotation region, the input voltage estimate Vin_est is calculated accurately, and misjudgment can be prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】交流モータの回転数が実質的にゼロに等しい低回転領域でインバータ入力電圧センサの異常を診断可能な電圧センサ異常診断装置を提供する。【解決手段】 電圧センサ異常診断装置401は、MG80の通電を制御するMG制御装置201に適用され、入力電圧センサの異常を診断する。低回転領域判定部43は、MG80の回転数ωが実質的にゼロに等しい(ω≒0)領域である低回転領域にあることを判定する。入力電圧推定値算出部451は、低回転領域において、入力電圧推定値Vin_estを算出する。異常判定部46は、入力電圧センサ値Vin_snsと入力電圧推定値Vin_estとの差の絶対値が電圧閾値より大きいとき、入力電圧センサが異常であると判定する。限定された低回転領域で異常診断を実施するため、入力電圧推定値Vin_estを精度良く算出し、誤判定を防止することができる。【選択図】図2
