PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular steering control device in which redundancy of maintaining control of a steer-by-wire type steering device is raised and cost reduction can be achieved more than the conventional technology.SOLUTION: A vehicular steering control device comprises an electronic control unit 16 which controls a reaction force giving part 3, a turning device 6 and a clutch 10 and a rear wheel turning control device 20. Provided are an abnormality determination part 31 which determines existence or nonexistence of abnormality in the electronic control unit 16, a reaction force preliminary output part 32b and a steering angle preliminary output part 33b which are provided at the rear wheel turning control device 20 and include a function of controlling a steer-by-wire type steering device 1, and a control signal switching part 27 which switches the control of the steer-by-wire type steering device 1 from the electronic control unit 16 to the reaction force preliminary output part 32b and the steering angle preliminary output part 33b when it is determined that the abnormality exists in the electronic control unit 16 by the abnormality determination part 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
