PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid interference between an autonomous travel vehicle and a manned vehicle.SOLUTION: A control server communicates with an autonomous travel vehicle and a manned vehicle, and performs road traffic control to avoid interference between the autonomous travel vehicle and the manned vehicle. The control server comprises: a travel permission area setting unit (22b) that sets a first travel permission area, an area where the autonomous travel vehicle is permitted to travel, and sets a second travel permission area, an area where the manned vehicle is permitted to travel; a travel permission area deviation determination unit (22d) that determines whether or not the manned vehicle has deviated from the second travel permission area on the basis of positional information on the manned vehicle; and a brake command notification unit (22g) that notifies the autonomous travel vehicle of a brake command to have the autonomous travel vehicle perform brake operation on the basis of a determination result of the deviation from the second travel permission area of the manned vehicle by the travel permission area deviation determination unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
