PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent interference between a manned vehicle and an unmanned vehicle without causing a reduction in work efficiency with simple operation.SOLUTION: There is provided a road traffic control system including: an on-vehicle terminal apparatus 26 of an unmanned vehicle 20 which autonomously travels in a mine yard; a road traffic control server 31; and a manned vehicle terminal apparatus 76 mounted on a manned vehicle 70 which are connected to each other by the road traffic control system to perform communication. The road traffic control server 31 includes an interference control unit and a travel permission section to give a travel permission to the unmanned vehicle 20 and issues prohibition/permission of entering while monitoring the state of a work area where the unmanned vehicle 20 is positioned on a work area data representing the state of a work area in the mine yard where the manned vehicle 70 travels and works.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】操作が簡単で作業効率の低下を伴うことなく有人車両及び無人車両の干渉を回避する。【解決手段】鉱山内を自律走行する無人車両20のダンプ端末装置26と交通管制サーバ31と有人車両70に搭載される有人車両端末装置76とを通信接続する交通管制システムである。交通管制サーバ31は、無人車両20の走行許可を付与し、鉱山内で有人車両70が走行又は作業するエリアの状態を示す作業エリアデータに対し、無人車両20が実在する作業エリアの状態を監視し、進入禁止や進入許可を行う干渉制御部や走行許可付与部などを備える。【選択図】図1
