PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of accurately detecting the occurence of temperature abnormality in the monitoring target part of a moving body including one or more vehicles such as track-traveling vehicles.SOLUTION: The temperature value of a monitoring target part included in a moving body (formation detection detected moving body) the vehicle formation of which has been detected is obtained. A standard temperature (specific formation standard temperature) in a moving body having a specific vehicle formation (specific formation) and standard temperatures (all formation standard temperatures in all formation detected moving bodies are calculated based on the temperature value of the obtained monitoring target part. A plane collection is created within which standard temperature relationship points indicating relationships between the stored specific formation standard temperature and the stored all formation standard temperatures are distributed on a two-dimensional plane. A normal-time collection is calculated within which standard temperature relationship points indicating relationships between the stored specific formation standard temperature and the stored all formation standard temperatures are distributed on a two-dimensional plane. A positional relationship between the plane collection and the normal-time collection on the two-dimensional plane is determined, and whether any temperature abnormality has occurred in the monitoring target part is determined based on the determination result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】軌道走行車両などの一つ以上の車両から編成される移動体の監視対象部位に温度異常が発生していることを精度良く検出する技術を提供する。【解決手段】車両編成が検出された移動体(編成検出移動体)に含まれる監視対象部位の温度値を取得する。特定の車両編成(特定編成)を有する移動体における標準温度(特定編成標準温度)とすべての編成検出移動体における標準温度(全編成標準温度)とを、取得した監視対象部位の温度値に基づき計算する。特定編成標準温度と全編成標準温度との関係を示す標準温度関係点が2次元平面上に分布する範囲である平面集合を作成する。蓄積しておいた特定編成標準温度と全編成標準温度との関係を示す標準温度関係点が2次元平面上に分布する範囲である正常時集合を計算する。平面集合と正常時集合との2次元平面上での位置関係を判定し、判定結果に基づき監視対象部位に温度異常が発生しているか否かを判定する。【選択図】図1
