PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely detect temperature abnormality that occurs in underfloor equipment installed under a floor of a railway vehicle consisting of one or more cars.SOLUTION: An equipment temperature value which is a temperature value of underfloor equipment is obtained. Obtained equipment temperature values are accumulated. By using an accumulated temperature value which is an accumulated equipment temperature value and a similarity defined in advance for the accumulated temperature value, a cluster analysis is performed for classification into two clusters, a normal cluster and an abnormal cluster, one of which is assumed to be normal and the other is assumed to be abnormal, as a degree of temperature abnormality that occurs in the underfloor equipment. A temperature value representing an inter-cluster distance which is a distance between two classified clusters is set as an abnormality determination threshold value. An equipment temperature value of determination object equipment which is underfloor equipment requiring determination of temperature abnormality is obtained the accumulated temperature values as a determination temperature value. By comparing the determination temperature value with the abnormality determination threshold value, when the determination temperature value is greater than the abnormality determination threshold value, an abnormality determination is made determining that temperature abnormality has occurred in the determination object equipment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】一つ以上の車両から編成される鉄道車両の床下に設置される床下機器に発生する温度異常を精度良く検出する。【解決手段】床下機器の温度値である機器温度値を取得する。取得された機器温度値を蓄積する。蓄積する機器温度値である蓄積温度値と蓄積温度値について予め定義された類似度を用いて、床下機器に発生する温度異常の度合いとして一方が正常であり他方が異常であるとみなされる二つのクラスタである正常クラスタと異常クラスタとに分類するクラスタ分析を行う。分類された二つのクラスタ間の距離であるクラスタ間距離を表す温度値を異常判定閾値に設定する。温度異常の判定を所望する床下機器である判定対象機器の機器温度値を判定用温度値として、蓄積する蓄積温度値から取得する。判定用温度値と異常判定閾値との比較により、判定用温度値が異常判定閾値よりも大きい場合には、判定対象機器に温度異常が発生していると判定する異常判定を行う。【選択図】図1
