PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect the occurrence of a temperature abnormality at a monitoring objective region such as a shaft box of a moving body which is formed of one or more vehicles such as a track traveling vehicle.SOLUTION: A temperature value of a monitoring objective region of a moving body is acquired. An inter-region temperature difference being a temperature difference between a pair of the monitoring objective regions which are arranged at a left side part being a relatively left side with respect to a forward direction of the moving body in the moving body which travels on a track, and at a right side part being a relatively right side is acquired from at each vehicle in an organization of the moving body from the acquired temperature difference. By using the calculated inter-region temperature difference, an evaluation value for evaluating whether or not disturbance affects the temperature value of the monitoring objective region is calculated. When the calculated evaluation value is not smaller than a threshold, it is determined that the disturbance affects the acquired temperature value of the monitoring objective region, and when the evaluation value is smaller than the threshold, it is determined that the disturbance does not affect the acquired temperature difference of the monitoring objective region. It is determined whether or not a temperature abnormality occurs in the monitoring objective region on the basis of a determination result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】軌道走行車両などの一つ以上の車両から編成される移動体の軸箱などの監視対象部位に温度異常が発生していることを精度良く検出する。【解決手段】移動体の監視対象部位の温度値を取得する。取得した温度値から、軌道上を走行する移動体において移動体の進行方向に対して相対的に左側となる左側部と相対的に右側となる右側部のそれぞれに配置されている一対の監視対象部位の温度差である部位間温度差を、移動体の編成内の車両毎に算出する。算出した部位間温度差を用いて、監視対象部位の温度値に外乱の影響があるか否かを評価するための評価値を算出する。算出した評価値が閾値以上であった場合には、取得した監視対象部位の温度値に外乱の影響があると判定し、閾値未満であった場合には、取得した監視対象部位の温度値に外乱の影響がないと判定する。判定結果に基づき監視対象部位に温度異常が発生しているか否かを判定する。【選択図】図1
