PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric leakage determination device capable of more suitably executing electric leakage determination.SOLUTION: An electric leakage determination device 20 obtains the peak value of an AC signal pressure-divided by a resistor and the insulation resistance component of a high voltage circuit in the output state of the AC signal to the high voltage circuit via the resistor 26, and determine the presence of electric leakage in the high voltage circuit 100 and a vehicle body. The electric leakage determination device can switch the frequency of the AC signal between a first frequency f1 and a second frequency f2 lower than the first, and carries out first determination to whether the peak value is less than a predetermined threshold value in the set state of the frequency of the AC signal set to the first frequency f1, and second determination as to whether the peak value is less than the predetermined threshold value in the set state of the frequency of the AC signal set to the second frequency f2 when the peak value is less than the predetermined threshold value in the first determination.     【課題】漏電判定をより適切に実施できる漏電判定装置を提供する。【解決手段】高電圧回路に対して抵抗器26を介して交流信号を出力した状態で、抵抗器と高電圧回路の絶縁抵抗成分とで分圧された前記交流信号の波高値を取得し、当該波高値が閾値未満であるか否かに基づいて、高電圧回路100と車体との漏電の有無を判定する漏電判定装置20は、交流信号の周波数を、第1周波数f1とそれよりも低周波数の第2周波数f2とで切り替え可能であり、交流信号の周波数を第1周波数f1に設定した状態で、波高値が前記閾値未満であるか否かの第1判定を実施し、第1判定で波高値が閾値未満であると判定した場合に、交流信号の周波数を第2周波数f2に設定した状態で、波高値が閾値未満であるか否かの第2判定を実施する。そして、第2判定の判定結果に基づいて、漏電の有無を判定する。【選択図】 図3
