PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric leakage determination device which can perform further proper determination of an electric leakage.SOLUTION: An electric leakage determination device 20 for determining existence or absence of an electric leakage between a high voltage circuit 100 mounted on a vehicle and the vehicle outputs a synthetic wave S of an AC signal including a first AC signal of a first frequency and a second AC signal of a second frequency larger than the first frequency to the high voltage circuit 100 via a resistor 26, and in the state that the synthetic wave S of the AC signal is outputted, acquires a peak value of the first AC signal and a peak value of the second AC signal from the synthetic wave S of the AC signal of which a pressure is divided by the resistor 26 and an insulation resistance component of the high voltage circuit 100. Further, a micro computer 50 determines existence or absence of an electric leakage on the basis of the acquired peak values of the first AC signal and the second AC signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】より適切なる漏電判定を実施できる漏電判定装置を提供する。【解決手段】車両に搭載された高電圧回路100と車両との漏電の有無を判定する漏電判定装置20は、第1の周波数の第1交流信号と、第1の周波数よりも大きい第2の周波数の第2交流信号とを含む交流信号の合成波Sを、抵抗器26を介して高電圧回路100に対して出力し、交流信号の合成波Sが出力された状態で、抵抗器26と高電圧回路100の絶縁抵抗成分とで分圧された交流信号の合成波Sから第1交流信号の波高値と第2交流信号の波高値とを取得する。そして、取得した第1交流信号及び第2交流信号の波高値に基づいて、マイコン50は、漏電の有無を判定する。【選択図】図2
