PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic train operation device capable of improving riding comfortableness of an automatic train as well as shortening a travel time.SOLUTION: When a notification that own cars have approached a stop limit position is received from an outside device, and when own cars are running at a higher speed than a brake force characteristic reduction speed which is reduced if brake force characteristic of a regeneration brake becomes greater than the brake force characteristic reduction speed, in a brake force characteristic showing a relation between the car speed and a reduction speed per unit time if a deceleration control is performed with a maximum brake force of the regeneration brake when at the car speed, a speed control part 104a controls a deceleration of the car speed by only using the braking force of the regeneration brake corresponding to the speed of the cars based on a target speed pattern calculated by using the brake force characteristic of the regeneration brake.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】自動列車の乗り心地を良くし、走行時間も短くできる自動列車運転装置を提供する。【解決手段】速度制御部104aは、停止限界位置に自車両が接近したことの通知を外部装置より受けた場合であって、車両の速度と当該速度時に回生ブレーキの最大ブレーキ力で減速制御した場合の単位時間当たりの減少速度との関係を示すブレーキ力特性において回生ブレーキのブレーキ力特性がブレーキ力特性減少速度以上となることにより減少する当該ブレーキ力特性減少速度以上で自車両が走行している場合において、回生ブレーキのブレーキ力特性を用いて算出した目標速度パターンに基づく車両の速度に応じた回生ブレーキのみの制動力を用いて車両の速度の減速を制御する。【選択図】図4
