PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide door hinge structure which suppresses an excessive turn of a door even if the door receives an excessive load, and then, prohibits the turn.SOLUTION: A door hinge structure comprises: a first hinge member 9 fastened to a vehicle body 12; a second hinge member 8 fastened to a door D1, and pin-connected to the first hinge member; a turn suppression part b which absorbs a turning force of the door by the abutment of a first abutment part arranged at the second hinge member on a first stopper S1 arranged at the first hinge member at the opening of the door; and a turn prohibition part c which stops a larger turn to a door opening direction by the abutment of a second stopper S2 arranged at the second hinge member on a second abutment part 908 arranged at the first hinge member when the door is turned up to a limit opening P3 which is larger than a maximum opening P2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】ドアが過荷重を受けた場合でもドアの過度な回動を抑制した上で回動を阻止するドアヒンジ構造を提供することにある。【解決手段】車体12に締結される第1ヒンジ部材9と、ドアD1に締結され第1ヒンジ部材にピン結合される第2ヒンジ部材8と、ドアの開放時に第2ヒンジ部材に設けた第1当接部が第1ヒンジ部材に設けた第1ストッパS1に当接することでドアの回動力を吸収する回動抑制部bと、ドアが最大開度P2より大きい限界開度P3まで回動された場合、第2ヒンジ部材に設けた第2ストッパS2が第1ヒンジ部材に設けた第2当接部908に当接し、ドアの開方向へのそれ以上の回動を停止させるための回動阻止部cとを備える。【選択図】図3
