PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for improving intensity by a door hinge structure itself to impact during collision, while suppressing addition of processing, increase of weight and increase of cost as possible.SOLUTION: A female 20 comprises a reinforcement part 24 which connects a pair of support parts 22 for supporting a hinge pin H and stands from an attachment part 21 to a pillar P. A male 10 comprises hook parts 14 extending from the pair of support parts 12 for supporting the hinge pin H and facing at positions near the reinforcement part 24 of the female 20 in a closed state of a door body D. During vehicle collision, the reinforcement part 24 and the hook parts 14 are brought into contact at a position lower than a hinge center height, for transmitting impact force during collision from the female 20 to the male 10. A contact part 44 protruding from an attachment part 41 of a female 40 and an end surface of a connection part 33 connecting a pair of support parts 32 of a male 30 are made to face in close positions, and they may be brought into contact during collision.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】加工の追加、重量増、コスト増などを極力抑えた、ドアヒンジ構造自体での衝突時の衝撃に対する強度アップを図る技術を提供する。【解決手段】フィメール20には、ヒンジピンHを支持する一対の支持部22をつないでピラーPへの取付け部21から起ち上がる補強部24を設け、メール10には、ヒンジピンHを支持する一対の支持部12からそれぞれ延び、ドアボデーDの閉鎖状態においてフィメール20の補強部24に近接した位置で対向するフック部14を設ける。車両衝突時、ヒンジセンター高さよりも低い位置でこれら補強部24とフック部14とを接触させ、衝突時の衝撃力をフィメール20からメール10へ伝達する。あるいは、フィメール40の取付け部41から突出する当接部44と、メール30の一対の支持部32をつなぐ連結部33の端面とを近接した位置で対向させ、衝突時にこれを接触させることでもよい。【選択図】図1
