PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-power-source load driving fuel battery system and a fuel battery vehicle that can maintain linearity of fuel battery power variation when a fuel battery side converter transits from a boosting state to a direct-coupling state.SOLUTION: A driving duty D of a BATVCU 22 under transition is controlled in anticipation of a voltage drop amount ΔVfcvcu (comprising the voltage drop caused by the resistance components of a reactor 21a, a diode 21c and a wire and FC current Ifc and the forward voltage drop of the diode 21c) of an FCVCU 21 when the FCVCU 21 is set to a direct-coupling state, whereby the step under transition (a voltage difference ΔVfc and a power difference ΔPfc) can be dissolved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
