PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce exposure of a high voltage component stored in a case, from the case in the event of collision of a fuel battery vehicle, etc.SOLUTION: A fuel battery vehicle having a fuel battery comprises a case arranged in a front room of the fuel battery vehicle and storing a high-voltage component. The case has a side face extending along a forward direction extending from a dash panel separating the front room and a vehicle chamber toward the front room, and a counter face that is counter to a dash panel. The counter face has a projecting part that projects opposite to the forward direction in an area overlapping an end face of a side face in a vehicle width direction of the fuel battery vehicle.
