PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle control device that enables, more faithfully to the intention of a user, assist for wheel drive during bicycle-push walking, also to provide a power-assisted bicycle having the bicycle control device, and to provide a motor control method for power-assisted bicycle.SOLUTION: A bicycle control device comprises: an input part 34; and a control part 32 that is able to switch, through the operation of the input part 34, between a vehicle mode in which a motor is controlled according to man-power drive force and a walk mode in which the motor is driven according to the operation of the input part 34.
