PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance vehicle capable of preventing a collision with a train in a short-circuited travel section, even if maintenance work is performed within sections where insulated travel sections and short-circuited travel sections that are changed occasionally are mixed.SOLUTION: A maintenance vehicle used for maintenance work of railway equipment, includes: a track short circuiting device TS provided in a maintenance vehicle CA for short-circuiting or insulating a track circuit; positioning means 23 for positioning a location of the maintenance vehicle CA; communication means 22 for acquiring travel section kind information of a section to perform maintenance work from a server 1; and control means 21 for acquiring an on-rail position of the maintenance vehicle CA on the basis of the positioning result of the positioning means 23 and for making the vehicle run in a short-circuited travel or in an insulated travel by changing an operation state of the track short circuiting device TS by command means 26 on the basis of the travel section kind information at the on-rail position of the maintenance vehicle CA.

    【課題】適宜変更される絶縁走行区間と短絡走行区間と混在している区間で保守作業する場合であっても、短絡走行区間における列車との衝突を防止することができる保守用車を提供する。【解決手段】鉄道設備の保守作業に用いる保守用車において、保守用車CAに設置され、軌道回路を短絡或いは絶縁する軌道短絡器TSと、保守用車CAの位置を測位する測位手段23と、保守作業を行うための区間の走行区間種別情報をサーバ1から取得する通信手段22と、測位手段23の測位結果に基づき保守用車CAの在線位置を取得し、保守用車CAの在線位置における走行区間種別情報に基づき指令手段26により軌道短絡器TSの動作状態を切り換えて短絡走行、或いは、絶縁走行させる制御手段21とを備える。【選択図】図1
