PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement an impedance bond that is capable of being disassembled/reassembled into/from parts with weight capable of being carried by one adult and makes it possible to more easily perform work for replacing the impedance bond.SOLUTION: An iron core part has a structure in which divided iron cores are assembled so as to be vertically opposite to each other in an iron core accommodation frame 30 and to which a compression load is applied by an iron core pressing part 80 to be fastened by an adjustment fastener 36. An impedance bond 2 assembled in advance in a factory includes an adjustment fastener 36 whose interference is adjusted so as to generate a compression load for being capable of obtaining a desired magnetic excitation characteristic. The impedance bond after the adjustment can be disassembled into parts capable of being carried into a construction site by human power, eliminating the need for a heavy weight carrying device or the like. In reassembling the impedance bond, the compression load adjusted in the factory can be easily reproduced by using the adjustment fastener 36, eliminating the need for readjustment work for the magnetic excitation characteristic, an adjustment measurement instrument, or the like at the construction site.

    【課題】大人一人で持ち運びできる重量のパーツに分解・再組み立て可能で、交換作業がより容易なインピーダンスボンドを実現する。【解決手段】鉄心部は、分割鉄心を鉄心収容枠30内に上下に対向配置させて組み立て、アジャストファスナ36により締結される鉄心押さえ部80によって圧縮荷重がかけられる構造とする。インピーダンスボンド2は、予め工場で組み立てられ、所望する励磁特性が得られる圧縮荷重を生むようにアジャストファスナ36の締代が調整される。【効果】調整後のインピーダンスボンドは、パーツに分解して人力で現場に搬入できるので重量物運搬装置等が不要となる。また、再組み立ての際、アジャストファスナ36によって工場で調整された圧縮荷重が容易に再現されるので、現場での励磁特性の再調整作業や調整用の測定器具等も不要となる。【選択図】図5
