The computing circuit (140) obtains total demand powers (PD(1) to PD(a)), total demand current values (ID(1) to ID(b)), and distribution ratios (α(1) to α(c)) between the battery powers (PB(1) to PB(n)) and the pedaling powers (PR(1) to PR(m)), establishes a target function (1) according to the total demand powers (PD(1) to PD(a)), the total demand current values (ID(1) to ID(b)), and the distribution ratios (α(1) to α(c)), and obtains a target total input power (PI_T) according to a current pedaling power (PRC) and the target function (J).
