A clutch assembly (10) for coupling an engine shaft of an internal combustion engine to a rotor of an electric machine is provided, with a dual-mass flywheel (14) for damping torsional vibrations, wherein the dual-mass flywheel (14) has a primary mass (16), which can be connected directly or indirectly to the engine shaft, and a secondary mass (24), which is rotatable to an extent which is limited by means of an energy storage element (20) which is configured, in particular, as a bow spring, wherein the secondary mass (24) has an output flange (22) which can be caused to bear tangentially against the energy storage element (20), and with a friction clutch (28) which is configured, in particular, as a plate clutch and which serves for coupling the secondary mass (24) to the rotor of the electric machine, wherein the output flange (22) forms a friction surface (26) for bearing in a frictionally locking manner against an axially movable clutch disc (34) of the friction clutch (28), which clutch disc (34) can be coupled to the rotor. By way of the integration of the output flange (22) as a friction partner into the friction clutch (28), otherwise free installation space of the dual-mass flywheel (14) can be used for the friction clutch (28), with the result that a hybrid module with a small installation space requirement is made possible.
