The invention relates to an electropneumatic parking brake device (1) for a towing vehicle of a towing vehicle/trailer combination, comprising a parking brake signal transmitter (6), which produces electrical signals corresponding at least to a driving function and a parking brake function, at least one electronic control unit (6), which activates at least one electromagnetic valve of a valve unit (8) in dependence on the electrical signals, which valve unit is connected to a compressed-air supply (22) by means of a supply connection (18) on one side and controls pneumatic signals at output connections (10, 12) of the valve unit on the other side in dependence on said activation, which pneumatic signals correspond at least to the driving function and the parking function, of which output connections a first output connection (10) is connected by means of a pneumatic connection (24) to a pneumatic control connection (26) of a trailer control module (28) or of a trailer control valve, of which trailer control module or trailer control valve an output connection (34) to a "brake" coupling head (36), and of which output connections a second output connection (12) is connected to spring brake cylinders (32) of the towing vehicle. According to the invention, a separate electromagnetic valve device (44; 44a, 44b; 44c; 44d) is arranged in the pneumatic connection (24) between the first output connection (10) of the valve unit (8) and the pneumatic control connection (26) of the trailer control module (28) or of the trailer control valve, wherein in order to realize an anti-jackknife braking function for braking the trailer independently of the towing vehicle upon electrical anti-jackknife braking signals, which are produced by the parking brake signal transmitter (2) or by a further signal transmitter and which correspond to the anti-jackknife braking function, a) at least one electromagnetic valve of the valve unit (8) is activated by the control unit (6) in such a way that the first output connection (10) is connected to the supply connection (18) and the second output connection (12) is aerated, b) the electromagnetic valve device (44; 44a, 44b; 44c; 44d) is designed in such a way and activated by the control unit (6) or by a further control unit in such a way that the electromagnetic valve device controls a control pressure, which is metered in dependence on the anti-jackknife braking signals, at the pneumatic control connection (26) of the trailer control module (28) or of the trailer control valve.
