The invention relates to the technical field of high-voltage circuits, in particular to a fault detection method and system for a high-voltage circuit, a motor controller and a vehicle. The fault detection method for the high-voltage circuit, provided by the invention, comprises the following steps: under the condition that two parallel relays are conducted, obtaining voltages of two target branches controlled by the two parallel relays to obtain two target voltages; determining whether the circuit has a first fault according to the two target voltages; under the condition that the first fault does not occur, the temperatures of the two target branches are obtained, and two target temperatures are obtained; and determining whether the circuit has a second fault according to the two target temperatures. For two target branches corresponding to the two relays connected in parallel, whether the circuit has a first fault is determined according to the two target voltages; under the condition that the first fault does not occur, whether the circuit has the second fault or not is determined according to the temperatures of the two target branches, and fault detection can be conveniently carried out on the high-voltage circuit only according to the voltage and the temperature.

    本发明涉及高压电路技术领域,尤其涉及用于高压电路的故障检测方法、系统、电机控制器和车辆。本发明提出的用于高压电路的故障检测方法包括:在两个并联的继电器导通的情况下,获取两个并联的继电器控制的两条目标支路的电压,得到两个目标电压;根据两个目标电压确定电路是否出现第一故障;在未出现第一故障的情况下,获取两个两条目标支路的温度,得到两个目标温度;根据两个目标温度确定电路是否出现第二故障。对于两个并联的继电器对应的两条目标支路,根据两个目标电压确定电路是否出现第一故障;在未出现第一故障的情况下,再根据两个两条目标支路的温度确定电路是否出现第二故障,能够仅根据电压和温度,便捷地对高压电路进行故障检测。
