The invention relates to a vehicle, a motor controller low-voltage power-on system, a controller and a fault detection method, the system comprises a power supply circuit, a main control circuit, a driving circuit and a fault detection circuit, the power supply circuit is used for supplying power to the main control circuit and the driving circuit and generating a power supply chip fault signal when initialization is abnormal; the main control circuit is used for generating a main control chip safety fault signal when the power supply voltage of the power supply circuit is smaller than a preset voltage or wake-up abnormity exists; the driving circuit is used for generating a driving chip INTB fault signal when the power supply voltage of the power supply circuit is smaller than a preset voltage or abnormity exists in the initialization process; the fault detection circuit is used for generating corresponding reset strategies according to different fault signals, and generating corresponding processing strategies when detecting that motor hardware overcurrent fault signals or DC bus voltage hardware overvoltage fault signals exist. Therefore, detection of multiple initialization faults is realized, and a processing strategy is generated.

    本发明涉及一种车辆、电机控制器低压上电系统、控制器及故障检测方法,系统包括:电源电路、主控电路、驱动电路和故障检测电路,其中,电源电路用于分别为主控电路和驱动电路供电,并在初始化异常时,生成电源芯片故障信号;主控电路用于在电源电路的供电电压小于预设电压,或者存在唤醒异常时,生成主控芯片安全故障信号;驱动电路用于在电源电路的供电电压小于预设电压,或者,初始化过程中存在异常时,生成驱动芯片INTB故障信号;故障检测电路用于根据不同的故障信号生成对应的复位策略,并在检测到存在电机硬件过流故障信号或直流母线电压硬件过压故障信号时,生成对应的处理策略。由此,实现多种初始化故障的检测,并生成处理策略。
