The invention provides a motor controller high-voltage fault management method and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of vehicles. The method comprises the steps that when a motor controller is in a torque control state, the state of a high-voltage relay is monitored; if the disconnection signal of the high-voltage relay is obtained, carrying out anti-shake processing on the disconnection signal; when the anti-shake processing result of the disconnection signal indicates that the disconnection signal is reliable, the state of a power switch drive axle is controlled according to the rotating speed of the motor; the state of a high-voltage relay is monitored, and if a disconnection signal is still obtained, a high-voltage interlocking signal is monitored; when the high-voltage interlocking signal is in a normal state, monitoring the maximum output power of the power battery; when the maximum output power of the power battery is smaller than or equal to a preset power threshold value, the motor controller is controlled to enter a fault state; and when the motor controller is in a fault state, determining a fault processing strategy according to the bus voltage. According to the invention, overreaction of the motor controller caused by fault misinformation can be avoided.

    本发明提供了一种电机控制器高压故障管理方法及车辆,涉及车辆技术领域。本发明所述方法包括:当电机控制器处于扭矩控制状态时,监控高压继电器的状态;若获取到高压继电器的断开信号,则对断开信号进行防抖处理;当断开信号的防抖处理结果指示断开信号可靠时,根据电机转速控制功率开关驱动桥的状态;监控高压继电器的状态,若仍获取到断开信号,则监控高压互锁信号;当高压互锁信号处于正常状态时,监控动力电池最大输出功率;当动力电池最大输出功率小于或等于预设功率阈值时,控制电机控制器进入故障状态;当电机控制器处于故障状态时,根据母线电压确定故障处理策略。本发明能够避免由于故障误报导致电机控制器过度反应。
