A motor controller active discharge system used in low-voltage power failure comprises a high-voltage power supply, a capacitor, a standby power supply, an IGBT circuit and a motor which are arranged on a bus, a driving circuit which is connected with the IGBT circuit and is provided with a power supply, and a low-voltage power supply which is connected with the power supply of the driving circuit and is provided with a power supply circuit, the voltage sampling circuit, the CPLD circuit, the switching circuit and the driving circuit are sequentially connected with the capacitor, and the logic circuit is arranged between the CPLD circuit and the driving circuit. Compared with a traditional discharging way, under the condition that a high-cost discharging unit is not added, by expanding the application range of the standby power supply, the active discharging function is achieved through the CPLD when the low-voltage power supply breaks down, a high-power discharging resistor or other discharging circuits are removed, the cost of the whole machine is effectively controlled, the heat dissipation design is simple, the size of the whole machine is reduced, and the cost of the whole machine is reduced. The power density is improved.

    一种用于低压电故障时的电机控制器主动放电系统,包括:设置于母线上的高压电源、电容器、备用电源、IGBT电路和电机、与IGBT电路相连的带有电源的驱动电路、与驱动电路的电源相连的带有电源电路的低压电源,与电容器依次相连的电压采样电路、CPLD电路、开关电路和驱动电路,以及设置于CPLD电路和驱动电路之间的逻辑电路。本发明相对传统的放电途径,在不加入高成本放电单元的情况下,通过拓展备用电源的应用范围,在低压电源故障时实现了利用CPLD进行主动放电功能,去除了大功率放电电阻或其他放电电路,有效控制整机成本,简易散热设计,减小整机体积,提高功率密度。
