The invention provides a multi-objective optimization method for a hoisting transportation path of a bridge crane, and relates to the technical field of multi-objective optimization of transportation paths, and the multi-objective optimization method comprises the following steps: monitoring state data of a hoisting rope and a load in real time, along with the change of EI and SI, dynamically adjusting the speed and direction by a system, and optimizing the hoisting path to ensure safety and efficiency; when a high-swing and high-risk area occurs, the system reduces the risk by greatly reducing the speed and path deviation, and the safety and efficiency in the hoisting process can be remarkably improved; the optimal path is selected under the multi-target constraint condition, and the safety risk and the time cost in the hoisting process are effectively reduced.
