The invention belongs to the field of containers for storing or transporting objects or materials, and particularly relates to an oil pipe taking and placing vehicle. In order to solve the technical problem that in the prior art, the space utilization rate is low due to the fact that oil pipes are stored in a cuboid space in a moving trolley, the oil pipe taking and placing trolley comprises a frame and wheels, the wheels comprise at least three universal wheels, a column casing is further vertically arranged on the frame, and the column casing is provided with an oil pipe. A spiral rail used for containing an oil pipe is arranged on the outer side wall of the column casing, and an upper limiting part and a lower limiting part which are used for fixing the oil pipe are arranged at the two ends of the spiral rail respectively. By arranging the column casing and arranging the spiral track on the outer side wall of the column casing, the oil pipe can be located in the spiral track, and therefore the space utilization rate is increased.
