The invention provides a navigation mark early warning method and system based on multi-factor fuzzy comprehensive judgment. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, determining key factors influencing navigation safety, and distributing weights according to the importance of each factor; secondly, environment data are collected in real time through a sensor, data of nearby ships are collected through an automatic identification system (AIS), and cleaning and formatting processing are carried out; thirdly, on the basis of the judgment factors and the weights, constructing a fuzzy relation matrix, inputting data collected in real time, processing the data through a fuzzy logic algorithm, and outputting a fuzzy vector; and finally, according to the fuzzy vector, the current risk level is evaluated, and an early warning signal is generated and broadcasted through communication equipment. The system comprises a data collection module, a data preprocessing module, a fuzzification module, a fuzzy reasoning module, an optimization module, a defuzzification module and an early warning generation module. The fuzzy relation matrix is optimized by combining the genetic algorithm and the particle swarm optimization algorithm, and the accuracy and robustness of the early warning system are remarkably improved.
