The invention discloses a navigation mark service data comprehensive early warning system and method, and the system comprises an information obtaining module which is used for obtaining the information of a plurality of information sources at regular time according to a preset information obtaining period, carrying out the corresponding data processing, and updating the data to a database; the early warning information generation module is used for determining position information and state information of the navigation mark according to the acquired information, comparing and analyzing the position information and the state information with a preset early warning rule, judging whether the navigation mark has an abnormal condition or not, and respectively generating early warning information corresponding to different information sources if the navigation mark has the abnormal condition; the early warning information fusion module is used for acquiring a comprehensive early warning information generation instruction, calling early warning information corresponding to a plurality of different information sources, and selecting the early warning information corresponding to the information sources as comprehensive early warning information; and the early warning information management module is used for managing abnormal conditions according to the comprehensive early warning information. A plurality of information source links are parallel, comprehensive early warning can be realized without switching information sources, an operator on duty can judge the state of the navigation mark conveniently, and the navigation mark management efficiency is improved.

    一种航标业务数据综合预警系统及方法,信息获取模块,用于根据预设信息获取周期,定时获取多个信息源的信息,进行对应的数据处理后更新至数据库中;预警信息生成模块,根据获取的信息确定航标的位置信息与状态信息,将所述位置信息和所述状态信息与预设预警规则进行比对分析,判断航标是否存在异常情况,若是,则分别生成不同信息源对应的预警信息;预警信息融合模块,获取综合预警信息生成指令,调用多个不同信息源对应的预警信息,并选取对应信息源的预警信息作为综合预警信息;预警信息管理模块,根据综合预警信息进行异常情况的管理。多个信息源链路并行,无需切换信息源就能够实现综合预警,便于值班人员判断航标状态,提高航标管理效率。
