According to the technical scheme, the perception data is obtained in real time through multiple dimensions, the perception data is subjected to early warning detection analysis, the early warning system sends out the early warning prompt signal to the ship with abnormal navigation, the navigation mark is prevented from being collided, behaviors possibly causing navigation mark damage are found in time, and safety management of the navigation mark is guaranteed.
