The invention provides a thermal control-wave absorbing integrated composite material, a preparation method thereof and a spacecraft, and relates to the technical field of aerospace materials. The thermal control-wave absorption integrated composite material comprises a composite ceramic core and a porous coating layer, the porous coating layer coats the composite ceramic core; the chemical formula of the composite ceramic core is La1-xSrxMnO3/Al2O3, and x is greater than or equal to 0.1 and less than or equal to 0.3; and the porous coating layer comprises Al2O3. Al2O3 is introduced into the composite ceramic core, so that the thermal radiation phase change temperature can be regulated and controlled; al2O3 is used as a coating layer and can be used as a shell component to ensure the strength of the thermal control-wave absorption integrated composite material; the porous structure of the porous coating layer can enable radar waves to be absorbed through multiple times of reflection in holes, and absorption of the thermal control-wave absorption integrated composite material to the radar waves is effectively improved.
