The embodiment of the invention provides a preparation method of a composite wave-absorbing material, the composite wave-absorbing material and a railway vehicle, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing 50%-80% by weight of polypropylene, 20%-30% by weight of a flame retardant, 5%-10% by weight of an antioxidant, 1%-5% by weight of powdery superconductive carbon nanotubes and 1%-10% by weight of nickel-plated calcium silicate; melting and plastifying the mixed materials into particles through a double-screw extruder; foaming the granular material to obtain foamed particles; the foamed particles are subjected to pre-pressing forming and then dried, and the wave-absorbing material is obtained; putting the wave-absorbing material and polyurethane into a mold for molding; and dipping and drying the molded material in the absorbent slurry to obtain the composite wave-absorbing material. The composite wave-absorbing material has better toughness, is not easy to age, and is non-toxic, harmless, flame-retardant and more excellent in environmental protection performance; in addition, the period of the preparation method is short, and the manufacturing cost is reduced while the production efficiency is improved.

    本申请实施例提供一种复合吸波材料的制备方法、复合吸波材料及轨道车辆,其中,制备方法包括:将重量比为50%‑80%的聚丙烯、20%‑30%的阻燃剂、5%‑10%的抗氧剂、1%‑5%的粉状超导碳纳米管、1%‑10%的镀镍硅酸钙进行混合;通过双螺旋挤出机将混合后的材料熔融及塑化成颗粒状;将颗粒状材料进行发泡,得到发泡颗粒;对发泡颗粒进行预压成型,然后进行干燥得到吸波材料;将吸波材料与聚氨酯放入模具中成型;将成型材料放入吸收剂浆料中浸渍及烘干,得到复合吸波材料。这样的复合吸波材料具有较好的韧性、不易老化,且无毒、无害、阻燃,环保性能更加优异;另外,制备方法的周期较短,在提高生产效率的同时降低制造成本。
