The invention relates to a hybrid power system, method, device and equipment based on battery internal resistance prediction and a medium. The system comprises an engine, a gearbox, a first driving motor, a first power battery, a first charging module, a PTO shaft and a CVT shaft. The first power battery is used for providing electric energy for the first driving motor; the engine and/or the first driving motor are/is used for transmitting power to the gearbox and the PTO shaft, and the gearbox is used for transmitting power to the CVT shaft; and the first charging module is used for controlling the first power battery to work in the interval with the lowest internal resistance based on the first target corresponding relation corresponding to the first power battery and the current first charge state. The tractor can be controlled to always work under the working condition that the battery internal resistance is the lowest, and the possibility that the battery life is shortened and the charging and discharging capacity is damaged is reduced.
