The invention relates to a battery internal resistance prediction method and device, computer equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring target battery data of a target vehicle; determining a target vehicle working condition based on the target battery data; determining a target prediction model based on the target vehicle working condition, wherein the target prediction model is matched with the target vehicle working condition; and inputting the target battery data into the target prediction model to obtain a battery internal resistance prediction value. By adopting the method, the battery data can be input into the prediction model under the corresponding working condition, and an internal resistance prediction result which is more practical and more accurate is obtained.
