The invention provides an on-line detection method, system and device for the DC internal resistance of a vehicle low-voltage battery, and a medium. The method comprises the following steps: collecting battery characteristic parameters of the battery during working based on a vehicle BMS; acquiring a current difference value between the maximum discharge current and the minimum discharge current in the data window; when the current difference value is greater than a preset current threshold value, calculating a real-time internal resistance value of the battery; verifying the real-time battery internal resistance value, and reserving the real-time battery internal resistance value meeting a preset verification condition as an effective battery internal resistance value; the effective battery internal resistance value in the next data window continues to be calculated until a preset termination condition is met, calculation of the battery internal resistance value is ended, and the target battery internal resistance value is obtained through calculation based on the multiple effective battery internal resistance values; and when the battery characteristic parameters accord with the preset interval, calculating the battery aging internal resistance based on the plurality of effective battery internal resistance values. The vehicle low-voltage battery direct-current internal resistance on-line detection method provided by the invention can improve the precision and the application range of battery internal resistance detection.

    本发明提供了一种车用低压电池直流内阻在线检测方法、系统、设备及介质,其方法包括:基于车辆BMS采集电池工作时的电池特性参数;获取数据窗内最大放电电流与最小放电电流的电流差值;当电流差值大于预设电流阈值时,计算实时电池内阻值;对实时电池内阻值进行验证,保留符合预设验证条件的实时电池内阻值作为一个有效电池内阻值;继续计算下一数据窗内的有效电池内阻值,直到达到预设终止条件,结束电池内阻的计算,基于多个有效电池内阻值计算得到目标电池内阻值;当电池特性参数符合预设区间时,基于多个有效电池内阻值计算得到电池老化内阻。本发明提供的车用低压电池直流内阻在线检测方法能够提高电池内阻检测的精度和使用范围。
