And the data processing module is used for calculating an average value based on the monitoring data of the vehicle-mounted lithium battery to obtain a steady-state current, calculating the internal resistance of the vehicle-mounted lithium battery based on the steady-state current to obtain a calculation result, and matching the calculation result with a preset standard threshold to obtain an internal resistance fault detection result of the vehicle-mounted lithium battery.
