A short circuit detection circuit before closing of a charging pile relay relates to the field of electric vehicle charging piles, driving voltage drives a light emitting diode of an isolation optocoupler to be lightened, so that a detection signal of an MCU of a charging pile is changed from a high level to a low level, and the MCU of the charging pile forbids the relay to be closed according to a low level signal of short circuit detection. And equipment tripping or equipment damage is avoided. When the load end of the relay is connected with the charger and the battery of the electric vehicle, the resistance of the load end is increased, so that the voltage of the input side of the isolation optocoupler 6 is reduced, the light emitting diode in the driver cannot be lightened, and the detection signal of the MCU is always kept at a high level. Before the relay of the charging pile is closed, whether the output end of the relay is short-circuited can be detected, so that short-circuit faults are avoided, the maintenance cost is reduced, the service life of equipment is prolonged, and major fire disasters are avoided.

    一种充电桩继电器闭合前的短路检测电路,涉及电动车充电桩领域,驱动电压驱动隔离光耦的发光二极管点亮,使充电桩的MCU的检测信号由高电平变为低电平,充电桩的MCU根据短路检测的低电平信号禁止继电器闭合,避免了设备跳闸或者设备损坏。当继电器的负载端连接了充电器并连接了电动车电池,由于负载端的电阻增大,使隔离光耦6输入侧的电压降低,无法驱动器内部发光二极管点亮,从而使MCU的检测信号始终保持高电平。在充电桩继电器闭合前,就可检测出继电器输出端是否短路,避免了短路故障的发生,降低了维护成本,延长了设备使用寿命,避免了重大火灾的发生。
