In the circuit provided by the invention, a live wire detection circuit and a zero wire detection circuit both comprise adhesion detection sub-circuits; in the adhesion detection sub-circuit, a first detection end and a first main electrode of a switching tube are respectively connected with positive and negative input ends of an optocoupler, a second detection end and a third detection end are respectively connected with a second main electrode and a control electrode of the switching tube, and a signal output end is connected with an output end of the optocoupler; a first detection end and a second detection end in the live wire detection circuit are respectively connected with input ends of a live wire relay and a null line relay, and a third detection end is connected with an output end of the live wire relay; a first detection end and a second detection end in the null line detection circuit are respectively connected with input ends of the null line relay and the live line relay, and a third detection end is connected with an output end of the null line relay. Through the circuit, the adhesion detection reliability can be improved, and the circuit size and cost can be reduced.
