The sheet fork structure hoisting method comprises the steps that S1, a sheet fork structure is laterally manufactured on a jig frame, and after assembling and welding are completed, the sheet fork structure enters a hoisting and positioning link; s2, two hanging belts of the same specification are used and symmetrically bound to the sheet fork structure, and when the hanging belts are bound, the hanging belt at the long end forms an angle theta relative to the axial direction of the sheet fork structure, so that follow-up positioning and mounting of the sheet fork structure are facilitated; s3, after binding of the lifting belts is completed, the other ends of the lifting belts can be directly hooked with a lifting hook of a crane, or the two lifting belts are connected into a whole through one short lifting belt and then hooked with the lifting hook of the crane; and S4, finally, the lifting machine lifts the sheet fork structure to the installation positioning position, and when the lifting machine lifts the sheet fork structure to enable the sheet fork structure to suspend in the air, the sheet fork structure suspends at the angle theta. The lifting belt is used for lifting the sheet fork structure instead of welding a lifting lug on the sheet fork structure, and a steel wire rope is used for lifting the sheet fork structure; and the workload of welding the lifting lug, removing the lifting lug at high altitude and repairing paint is effectively reduced.
本发明公开了一种大型海上风机导管架基础的片叉结构吊装方法,包括:步骤S1、片叉结构在胎架上侧造,组焊完成后再进入吊装定位环节;步骤S2、使用2根同规格吊带,对称绑扎于片叉结构上,吊带绑扎时留长的一端吊带相对于片叉结构的轴向呈θ角,以便后续片叉结构的定位安装;步骤S3、吊带绑扎完成后,吊带另一端可直接挂钩吊机吊钩,或先使用1根短吊带将所述2根吊带连接成整体再挂钩吊机吊钩;步骤S4、最后吊机抬升片叉结构至安装定位位置,吊机抬升片叉结构使其悬停在空中时,片叉结构呈θ角悬停,本发明使用吊带吊装片叉结构代替在片叉结构上焊接吊耳并使用钢丝绳吊装片叉结构,有效减少焊接吊耳、高空拆除吊耳、补涂油漆的工作量。
