The invention discloses a lifting construction method of a lifting appliance for an offshore wind power jacket, which comprises the following steps: mounting a gradienter on the lifting appliance, marking matched scale marks for visual monitoring, and mounting a double-head adjusting screw rod for assisting in lifting appliance adjustment and a pressure sensor for monitoring the tension of a lifting appliance at a lifting point on the lifting appliance, and according to the monitoring result of the horizontal state of the lifting appliance which is lifted to be completely separated from the ground after being adjusted by the double-head adjusting screw when the lifting appliance is located on the ground, the auxiliary lifting belt connected with the double-head adjusting screw and the bearing lifting belts at the lifting points are adjusted, so that the lifting appliance is finally kept horizontal, and the tensile forces of the bearing lifting belts are the same. According to the invention, the laser gradienter and the double-head adjusting screw are used for adjusting the auxiliary sling, the pressure sensor and other technologies, so that the precise leveling of the sling is realized, the tedious work of manual level measurement is avoided, the cost is reduced, the damage of a hoisted object in the hoisting process is effectively prevented, and the construction quality and efficiency are improved.

    本发明公开了一种用于海上风电导管架的吊具的吊装施工方法,所述方法包括在吊具上安装水平仪和划制匹配的用于目视监测的刻度线,并且,在吊具上安装用于辅助吊带调节的双头调节螺杆和用于监测吊点处吊带拉力的压力传感器,并分别根据吊具位于地面时、利用双头调节螺杆调节后、起升至完全脱离地面前的吊具水平状态的监测结果,调整了与双头调节螺杆连接的辅助吊带和吊点处的承重吊带,使吊具最终保持水平且各个承重吊带的拉力相同。本发明通过激光水平仪、双头调节螺杆调节辅助吊带和压力传感器等技术,实现了对吊具的精准调平,避免了人工测量水平的繁琐工作,降低了成本,并有效防止了被吊物在吊装过程中的损坏,提高了施工质量和效率。
