According to the adhesion crawler-type wall-climbing robot capable of crossing the face, in the robot, the bottom of a chassis is provided with an upwards-concave cavity, the front end of the chassis is provided with a bent corner used for achieving face-to-face conversion of the wall-climbing robot, and a fan is arranged in the cavity and driven by a first motor; the outer layers of the left crawler belt and the right crawler belt are made of dry adhesive materials; the first motor drives the fan to rotate so as to drive air in the cavity of the chassis to flow, the flow speed of air in the cavity is larger than that of outside air, pressure difference is formed, and then pressure is applied to the upper end of the cavity. According to the cross-plane adhesion crawler-type wall-climbing robot, the dry adhesion crawler is pre-pressed through negative pressure adsorption, and the adhesion effect and the running reliability of the robot are improved.
